Please obtain proof of postage for returned items as Eastern Woven cannot refund until the goods are received. Returned goods lost in the post remain the responsibility of the customer. Eastern Woven does not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

Please wash it before first usage. They are machine washable but only at a cold temperature. Never use bleach or fabric softener. We recommend that hang to dry them after each wash. Since they are made from natural fabric, It might shrinks a little. By following these instructions your towels will become stronger and will last longer.
